The Services will be available after account activated once purchased Unique and Phone Number on the Circle Management Page then configured on your device.

Using the Login URL found in the User's guidelines which was sent through email, purchase prepaid in Circle Management Page.

Document / Materials for Evaluation

[Individual Customer]

[Evaluation will start upon receipt of any of the following documents listed]

Submit one of the document.Driver's license both sides (excluding international driver's license),Passport (including Japanese passport / address description),My number card two-sided (personal number card),Physically handicapped person notebook (including the address description surface),Practicing note book (including address description side),Mentally handicapped person notebook (Including address stated surface).

[Documents requiring supplementary documents]

Health insurance cards both sides,Basic Resident Register Card Both sides (with face photo),Residence card both sides (Alien Registration Card).

[Auxiliary document]

Resident's card, utility fee receipt.

Note:All of the above documents to be submitted must be within the validity period (those whose current address is listed within three months from the issue date).

Note:We will send you a cloud PBX application confirmation to your registered address (ID card address) without the need for specific record mail transfer.If you can not received,it will be impossible to open.

Note:In the case of individual application, we will send the 4-digit code by specified record mail, contact us and confirm the identity by matching the code.If it is not confirmed,it will be impossible to open.

[Corporate Customers]

Copy of Registration Certificate All pages(*Certified by the Legal Affairs Bureau,within three months after issue)

Principles:General rule of registration: with a fixed telephone number of a corporation.In the case of mobile phones, the telephone number of the representative or the delegate.Mail address other than free email and mobile phone e-mail.

Note:If the applicant is not the representative director, a power of attorney or employee's identification card or business card is required

Note: We will send you a cloud PBX application confirmation to each registered corporate address and ID-written address separately without needing special record post transfer. If you can not received, it will be impossible to open.

Note: In case of applying in face-to-face, sending of specific record mail is unnecessary.

Note: In the case of an overseas corporation, when there is no domestic registration office that can transmit specific record mail, you can not use the external line transfer function.

Note: We may send the 4-digit code by specified record mail, contact us and confirm the identity by matching the code.If it is not confirmed,it will be impossible to open.

[About using telephone transfer service]

The telephone transfer service is a function to automatically transfer to the other company's telephone number that you set in advance. When using the telephone transfer service, we will send you a cloud PBX application confirmation form to your registered address (ID card address) as a part of the review without the need for specific record mail transfer. If you can not received, it will be impossible to open. In case of applying in face-to-face, delivery of specific record mail is unnecessary.

[For customers who want to purchase Voip Prodicts only]

Please register your account and login. At the Account Management page after logging in, please choose "Voip Products List" from the "Purchase/Terminate" menu item, and proceed purchasing Voip Products with your preferred payment option.The purchased items will be shipped after the payment is received.

※1 Account (Free)It is an ID that manages and groups client maintained Circle.

※2 Circle Management PagePurchasing/Termination of new Unique, phone number, various options and devices (IP Phone, etc),Checking various settings and incoming/outgoing call history, and changing of subscriber's information are possible.

※3 UniqueMultiple ID can be registered in Circle. You can set which phone to ring, whenever there is an incoming call to a particular phone number.Please select Unique to be purchased that suits your needs.(In Unique management page,Confirming voicemail, browsing call history, and setting various things to Unique are possible.)
